the reason her hair is like that is because her hair is too long to wrap around the entire curling iron

basically they get a 1 inch curling iron and wrap the hair around (once) until the curler is full of hair wrapped around ONCE.

then..the bottom is curly but the top is wavy.

if you dont have hair NEARLY as long as her..it might look weird on you.

if your hair is close to that length, just put your hair around until the entire curler is wrapped with hair.

if your hair isnt hat length, try only curling halfway up, creating that curly on the bottom, straight on top look
