Hi Guys,

I am a complete newbie here. I never made a website or a forum before, so please bear with me. I want to make a forum that has a visual style that resembles what IMDB has - namely primarily text-based, single line thread topics, no user profile pics.

I have been researching about phpbb and vbullentin. I was wondering if these premade packages can make it look like IMDB. If not, what can I do besides starting completely from stratch.
