I'm making boneless ribs for dinner. I boiled them for a little over an hour, took them out, put BBQ sauce on top of them and put them in the oven with foil on top. They look cooked to me and they feel tender, I am only making four little pieces for me and boyfriend, do I really have to bake them for another hour??? The recipe says boil them for an hour and bake them for an hour, but the recipe is for 1 1/2 pounds, not four little pieces!!! help anyone? please!-
