Thread: How can i style my bob length hair?

i am growing out my hair its now to mid neck length and if i tie it in a ponytail short bits at the back of my neck fall out.
Any ideas on a upstyle ?
I am trying to grow my hair.
it is now in a bob style, mid neck length.
when i tie it in a ponytail hiorrible short bits hang out the back.

any ideas on a new way to style im sick of straight bobbed hair ugh.
