Thread: A fitting hair style?

I have very thick/heavy hair. My face is very thin and a little bit on the long side. I also have ivory skin with yellow undertones. Right now my hair is long and layered. I feel like it weighs down my face and makes me look even more pale and tired even after getting a very good/expensive hair cut with many layers and thinned out a bit.

Would a short haircut be more fitting? Any ideas? I also look much younger than I am and would like something a bit more mature as well.
