I am hurt ankle (minor injury) but have to stay in the house for the next 3 weeks. I am a healthy individual who loves to go to the gym 3-4 times a week to weight lift and run. Since I am in the house for a couple of weeks I was wondering if anyone knew a good old fashioned workout routine (THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE ANYTHING) that might show me results in say three weeks. Pushups, situps, etc. It would be nice if it included something for shoulder and chest...my two favorite parts to workout.
