I'm in desperateee need of a new hair style. Right now it's about 3 inches past my collar bones, parted in the middle, no bangs, some layers that maybe go 2 inches up, and my ends are very damaged. Any advice for what I can do?
I also don't want it to be super short--no shorter than my shoulders.
