major fashion help!!!!?

ok im 15 and i no pretty much nothing aboit fashion. i recently cleaned out my wardrobe and threw out pretty much all my clothes so i dont really have anything left. i want to start over with a new wardrobe and a new look and i neeeeddd help!!!

what are some basics for a new wardrobe and what are some good shops to go to (i live in melbourne, australia) and i also have a free dress day at my school this friday and im goin shoppng on thursday so any ideas off what to wear
