    will running sprints twice a week make you fast?

    if i run 15 to 20 100m sprints monday and on friday will that improve my speed? also, will building leg muscle without running make you faster?

    doing that many is a lot harder than you think.... do 3 800s on the first day then do a sprint latter (500,400,300,200,100) and take an easy day and do ab work. then repeat. Take 3-5 minute rest between each
