What is the Sprint cause code 97?
I have a katana, and I can no longer send any texts. Sometimes I get the "Service not available cause code 97" and sometimes I get the "cause code 107". Its driving me insane.I've tried turning my phone off and taking the battery out, but that doesn't seem to help.
When I researched the cause code 97 it said to click:
start-then settings- then- system (tab)- then memory.
But where can I find the system/tab button?
Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have an easy fix?
