    Sprinting question?!?!?!?

    When sprinting are longer steps or shorter steps better?

    medium because shorter you would lose a lot of energy and not longer because it would feel weird and you might mess up i am a very fast runner and am on a lot a sports teams so i should know

    Well it all depends on your race. My stride is different at the begining "out of the blocks" then it is in the middle, but then my 100 stride is different then my 400 and I don't run the same with the 110 high hurdles.
