Hi, I am 14 and I am getting ready to start track again this year.
Iv done track for about 4 years. I do the 100m, relays, hurdles {sometimes} and the high jump.

My time last year for the 100m was 13.14s. I think thats pretty good but i really want to improve it for this year. My time last year for the hurdles was 14 something and i wouldnt mind improving that either.

So, if you guys have any ways of improving sprinting or hurdles or the high jump, that would be fantastic! Thanks.
oh and is 13.14 a good time for the 100 meter or do i really need to improve??
