nextel i560 special code?

What is the secret code for a nextel motorola i560. I just bought this phone, and can't get past the message "please enter special code". I have cellular one service, and theese used to be nextel, but I was told that you could put my sim card in it and it should work. But it has that crazy message. I just bought this used from my employer as these were company phones and now they switched service, and they are selling these ones now. Please anyone HELP
