i need to know what price i would pay for a sprint phone. please help?

i want to get the blackberry curve but their are three prices but i know we wont pay the full cost. it has one that is 99.99 and one that is 149.99 and the 99.99 say 2-year new plan and the 149.99 says 2-year upgrade plan. and my two brothers and i are switching over to sprint which our parents have and we are going to add a lines onto their plan so we would all be buying phones for the first time for sprint. and i need an answer ASAP.
