Ok, I signed up for a SERO contract on the 28 of last month, and I bought the Htc Touch for $400.76 - thats after tax. My dream phone was the instinct but my dad wont shell out $100 a month. So I got the Sero plan, the $30 one. And I just found out that the instinct can use the new Sero plans coming out July 13.

So now here is my problem. I want to get the instinct on the new sero plan. I have had my plan for 17 days, and I am wondering if I cancel my plan now will I have to pay $200? and if I cancel it do I get the $400 dollars I paid for my phone back? How can I get the instinct without paying anymore money? Please help, any help would be appreciated

First of all the SERO plan you have is great I would not cancel it. Sprint is doing away with those types of SERO plans on July 13 and going to more expensive ones.

If you still want to cancel you have thirty days to do so with no ETF. After thirty days you will have to pay a ETF. As far as the phone they will refund your money if it is within thirty days.

But if I where you I would keep your SERO plan cause the new ones will be a lot more expensive.
