I have to take a physical agility test in 2 weeks. I need to get my sprint time

down.? I have to get the 300 meter in 65 seconds I get wore down about 250M what is some good things to do to get this time where I want it and keep going? I get very winded before the end.
*I have been running at the gym for about a month or more now.
