I'm a freshman at my high school and I can ran a 11.48 second 100m last year as my fastest...
This year I ran a 11.1, but it was hand timed...
I'm on the varsity team for relays..and the 100m..

For the people who dont who what Varsity is..
Its like a level thing..Like theres two levels JV - Junior Varsity and Varsity,
Varsity is what the seniors and juniors run while Jv is fresh and soph..

SO My coach put me on the varsity team, so I'm wondering how i can get faster for the 100m.
What should I eat everyday? and how much?
What exercises should I do?
