i want to do the 100 meter sprint. but my time was 15.5 secounds.

1. how do i get faster? will spikes help?



2. is this a very slow time?



3. how can i get spikes for a cheap price? and by how much?


4.is there any training ways, breathing methods, warm-ups, or any tips u ahve to get me running faster?
