I got 9.0 on 70 m and 12.9 on 100m
it was hand-timed. anyway, it sucks.
I was racing the fastest kids today at track.
and I notice that I m the fastest in the beginning
but after like 3/4, I tire out and 2 guys caught up and beat me.
I don't know why, but I always tire out and slow down at the end.
what drills can help me run faster all the wayy?
