How can I backup my contacts on a Sprint LG Muziq?

It has an option to "send all contacts" via bluetooth. Is there anyway to send the contacts to a computer? I have to mail my phone to get repairs (I've only had it for a month and the earpiece is already dead) and I don't want to lose the contacts in there.
