Can I use a Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330 for Alltel after I flash it?

I am thinking about getting a Sprint blackberry curve (because its cheaper) if I know that it will work on the Alltel network after being flashed. They are both the same model (8330). Will everything work fine if it can be flashed?
