AM i FAST ENOUGH TO TRAIN MORE ON SPRINTING ?

I'm 5'7 (170.5cm) and at the age of 15+yrs old, turning to 16 this October and my weight is 63kg . I ran 100meter the fastest time is 11.7sec Is it okey? can be improved? and give some tips to get taller
