No. 1 Star: Jonas Hiller, Calgary Flames
The Flames netminder stopped 28 shots in Calgary's 3-1 victory over San Jose. Calgary is now in second place in the Pacific Division, and tied with the Sharks and Jets at 61-points.
No. 2 Star: Rick Nash, New York Rangers
Nash had 2-points in the Rangers 3-2 defeat of the Boston Bruins. He assisted on Derek Brassard's game winning goal, and earlier, earned his league-leading 32nd goal:

No. 3 Star: Evgeni Malkin, Pittsburgh Penguins
Malkin returned to the lineup after missing the five previous games with an injury. He scored what would be the game winning goal on a weird play off the Edmonton end boards just 24-seconds into the second period.

Honorable Mention: John Scott scored his second goal of the season in San Jose's loss; it was the only goal of the game for the Sharks. (He now has more goals than Ryan Suter.) Kris Russell, Jiri Hudler, and Mayson Raymond are your goal scorers for Calgary ... It wasn't clear if Milan Lucic was going to be able to go for Boston, but he did. And he sniped a goal:

Cam Talbot needed only 18 saves to beat the Bruins in relief of usual starter Henrik Lundqvist ... Marc-Andre Fleury collected his seventh shut-out of the season is his 22 save effort against Edmonton. David Perron and Mark Arcobello returned to Edmonton for the first time as Penguins and each earned a point on the night. Perron's goal game with less than a second remaining in the second period:

Did You Know? With the win by Calgary, the LA Kings are now 7-points out of a playoff spot.
Dishonorable Mention: Henrik Lundqvist did not play for the Rangers against Boston. He is considered day-to-day after taking a puck to the throat against Carolina ... Taylor Hall and Benoit Pouliot were scratches for Edmonton due to injuries.
