No. 1 Star: Jonathan Quick, Los Angeles Kings
Jonathan Quick looks to be back to his regular self, good and bad (see below). The netminder stopped all 28 of Vancouver's shots to earn the Kings a 1-0 win. This is the Kings 100th victory all-time against the Canucks and the fourth this season.
No. 2 Star: Jack Johnson, Columbus Blue Jackets
The Lumbus defenseman had a multipoint night assisting on two power play goals: Nathan Horton's game tying goal and Mark Letestu's game winning goal, as the Jackets beat the Lightning 3-2.
No. 3 Star: Dustin Brown, Los Angeles Kings
LA's captain scored the only goal of the game 24 seconds into the third period. The play to set it up was a quick-passing clinic:

Honorable mention: Congrats to new Winnipeg Jets coach Paul Maurice on his first win as bench boss 5-1 over Phoenix ... Dustin Byfuglien was the only Jet with a multi-point night earning two assists (Maurice for Jack Adams!); important to note Buff was playing forward, not defense, with Olli Jokinen and Devin Setoguchi*... Jets goalie Ondrej Pavelec won his first game since December 20th ...*Tampa Bay's Matt Carle extended his point streak to seven games in the loss ... Karri Ramo earned his first shut-out of the year in the Flames 2-0 win against Carolina; Mikael Backlund (PPG) and Sean Monahan were your goal scorers.

Did you know? Vancouver's Tom Sestito had more penalty minutes (27 PIMs) than he had ice-time (0:01 TOI); he was tossed from the game just 2:33 into the first period for being Tom Sestito.
Dishonorable mention: Ooh boy did Mike Smith have a bad night, Dave Tippett kept him in the game despite giving up five goals; Keith Yandle, Derek Morris and Rob Klinkhammer all minus-3 ... Carolina had 21 turnovers to the Flames 10 ...*Kings, Canucks and Jets power plays were turrible tonight: Winnipeg 1-for-8, Vancouver 0-for-4, and LA 0-for-7 (including a seven-minute power play. Yes, seven.) ... Canucks Dale Weise's dangerous slew-foot of LA's Drew Doughty went uncalled in a game with a combined total of 109 penalty minutes ... And the Golden Globe for Best-Worst Actor in a Dive or Musical goes to Jonathan Quick for 'Man hit by invisible bus' [s/t to @mamaaabearrr and @ b_su on Instagram for video]
