The winger scored his second goal in four games since the Bruins acquired him, tallying with 5.6 seconds remaining in the third period to give Boston a 2-1 win; and, considering the playoff race, more importantly giving the Philadelphia Flyers a loss in regulation.

No. 3 Star: Morgan Rielly, Toronto Maple Leafs
The defenseman scored at 2:13 of overtime as the Leafs defeated the Carolina Hurricanes, 3-2. It was his fourth goal of the season, and put the Leafs back in a playoff seed.

Alex Burrows and Mike Hoffman had goals, while Erik Karlsson had two assists. … Jack Eichel had a goal and an assist in the third period, as the Buffalo Sabres completed a rally to beat the Columbus Blue Jackets, 5-3. … Ondrej Palat broke a tie in the third period, as the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Florida Panthers, 3-2. … Mike Smith made a save against Taylor Hall on a penalty shot with 2:38 remaining, and the Arizona Coyotes held on to beat the New Jersey Devils, 5-4.
