No. 1 Star: Nazim Kadri, Toronto Maple Leafs
Playing just over 13 minutes, Kadri contributed 3 assists in Toronto's 5-unanswered goal-scoring explosion against Florida. Jonathan Bernier earned the W in the Leafs 6-3 win.
No. 2 Star: Patrick Elias, New Jersey Devils
Tyler Seguin tied the game with 52 seconds remaining in regulation. Jamie Benn's tripping penalty against Elias in overtime would lead to the Stars demise. Seconds later Elias scored the power play game-winner, 3-2.
No. 3 Star: Zach Parise, Minnesota Wild
Parise's stat-sheet for the night is impressive: 2 goals, 2 assists, plus-2, 9 shots-on-goal, 2 hits and 3 take-aways...and the Wild lost 5-4 to Colorado. (Sad Price Is Right trombone.)
Honorable mention: Peter Budaj stopped 34 of 35 shots in Habs 4-1 win over Boston; the fifth-straight win against the B's. Brendan Gallagher was plus-2 and had 2 assists, one of which came from this nifty Max Pacioretty goal ...

... Bobby Ryan, Kyle Turris and Jason Spezza each had 2-points in Senators 5-3 win against Tampa Bay ... Karri Ramo reinforced the Sharks inability to score goals by only allowing one-goal in Calgary's 4-1 win; the Flames are on a four-game win streak ... Buffalo's rookie center (and Legend of Zelda-sounding boss) Zemgus Girgensons scored a short-handed game-winning goal against Phoenix; Ryan Miller stopped 38 of 40 shots in the Sabres 3-2 victory ... Ryan Getzlaf earned his second career Gordie Howe Hat-Trick against Philadelphia. The Ducks won 5-3 with help from Saku Koivu's empty net goal and assist on a Daniel Winnik shorty (normally Winnik shanks it 15 feet to the left)...

Did you know? Ryan Getzlaf set a career-high for goals (26) tonight against the Flyers.
Dishonorable mention: Alexander Ovechkin was on the ice for all 5 of the Blue Jackets goals in 5-2 loss; Caps defenseman Mike Green left game in first period after he was injured on hit from Boone Jenner ... Lightning goalie Ben Bishop was accidentally kicked in the head by a teammate less than two minutes in to game; he was replaced by Anders Lindback ... Anze Kopitar scored the only goal for the Kings against the Penguins as their offensive woes continue in 4-1 loss ... Starting goaltenders pulled tonight: Tuukka Rask, Darcy Kuemper and Jonathan Quick ... Finally, Tom Wilson and Nick Foligno will fight anyone. Tonight they fought each other.
