The San Francisco 49ers had a bold new look on Monday night. The entire roster seemed to change in the offseason, so why not the uniforms too?
The 49ers wore black uniforms for the first time for the season opener against the Minnesota Vikings. The black jerseys and pants had red numbers and stripes. And many players wore red socks too.

On the television broadcast the numbers were very tough to see, and the whole ensemble didn't go well with the gold helmets, but in general the jerseys themselves looked sharp:
