A brazen fan at Monday night's Los Angeles Dodgers game set himself up under a foul ball heading his way in the fifth inning. He was convinced that no one was getting the ball from him. Not even, apparently, Adrian Gonzalez.
You can file this one under Fans Behaving Badly, as the dude actually tried to rip the ball out of Gonzalez's mitt after the Dodgers' first baseman reached into the crowd to catch the ball. It's one thing to go after a souvenir, it's another entirely to engage in a tug o' war with this an MLB star.

This front-row bro was wearing a Boston Red Sox cap at Dodger Stadium, so maybe he was still salty about Gonzalez's tenure in Boston. Or maybe he's hyped off the return of the NFL and thought any ball you can strip away is yours.*
No matter what he was thinking, it wasn't a good move for the guy and he even realized that at the end. Look at his face here.

Not too long after this, the fan was ejected from Dodger Stadium, according to Nick Groke of The Denver Post, and*was booed pretty good on his way out.

When they're making the list of reasons there should be more nets at MLB ballparks, fan safety should be No. 1 on the list. But keeping guys like this away from the players is at least top 3.
