Prior to Friday night's preseason opener against the Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy posted a pretty interesting video of his workout regimen to Vine.
Uh, Cross Fitters, eat your hearts out.

So McCoy is doing a sit-up into a plate toss, and I am going to put that distance at an unofficial 10 yards. Based on his 2013 season numbers, that's roughly two rushing attempts (he averaged 5.1 yards a carry) for McCoy, or one reception (10.4 yards per catch).
Not impressed with the toss? Compare it to the guy to McCoy's right, who gets about half that distance on his throw. Or go lift something that weighs 45 pounds at home (maybe your dog?) and then get back to us.*

McCoy only played 11 snaps against the Bears and couldn't even reach the 10-yard mark in his two touches — a gain of zero on one rush, and an 8-yard reception. But that's not likely to deter McCoy, who hash-tagged his goal in this Vine to reach 2,000 rushing yards.*
Watching videos such as this, that goal doesn't seem wildly lofty.
