Even though Jordan Weethee missed all of last season recovering from the second ACL tear of his career, it's probably safe to say the VMI forward has regained his explosiveness. That much is clear from the way Weethee punished a late-rotating Citadel defender on this vicious one-handed dunk from late in the first half of the Keydets' 82-71 season-opening victory on Friday. Weethee's thunderous slam was the most memorable of college basketball's opening night and perhaps an early dunk of the year candidate. As a result, his post-dunk lip-licking stare into the TV cameras was pretty much the perfect reaction. In his first game since the 2011-12 season, Weethee finished with a double-double on 10 points and 11 rebounds. Pretty solid, but there's a good chance all his calls and texts after the game were about only one electrifying play.
