'Saturday Night Live' returned to the air this weekend following their holiday break with Drake appearing as the host and musical guest. If that's not enough, the rapper from Toronto also appeared in the show's cold open — which is usually reserved for seasoned SNL hosts or returning cast members — playing the role of embattled baseball star Alex Rodriguez.
Yes, Drake actually put on a wig, suit coat and a button up shirt that looked like it came straight from A-Rod's closet to transform himself for an appearance on Piers Morgan Live.
Drake looked the part, and to be perfectly honest, he hit at least a solid double with his impression of an excuse-making and completely delusional Rodriguez.
Here's a look at the video. Drake first appears at the 1:45 mark.

We're guessing A-Rod and Drake won't be exchanging Christmas cards or attending the other's birthday party after that.

The skit was definitely good for a few chuckles, mainly due to Drake's delivery and mannerisms. Of course, it's possible that stood out a little more next to the awful Piers Morgan impression. Yikes.
