Sunday ended up being a pretty good day for Colin Kaepernick. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback made one of the plays of the year, converting a fourth-and-10 to Michael Crabtree as his team was looking at a loss in the Superdome. The cross-body pass allowed the Niners to tie the game and send it into overtime, where they eventually pulled out a 27-24 victory in a must-win game. The victory moved San Francisco's record to 5-4 and snapped New Orleans' 11-game winning streak at home.
Afterward, Kaepernick took to Instragram, posting a picture of himself shushing a crowd with the message "Silence The Haters" emblazoned across the top. Funny, we thought that's what his headphones were for.
