The last time we saw actor Paul Rudd in early November he was celebrating the Kansas City Royals World Series victory in the team’s clubhouse.

Rudd attended high school in the Kansas City area and went to the University of Kansas and somewhere along the way became a huge fan of the Royals. While being invited into the team’s clubhouse to celebrate its championship was enough to convince many that Rudd is a Royals mega-fan, he took it a step further on Tuesday.

Rudd showed up to his scheduled appearance Tuesday on the Rich Eisen radio show wearing a full Kansas City uniform. Why? Does he really need a reason?

So Paul Rudd showed up on my show today in full @Royals uniform from head to toe. pic.twitter.com/W7CiVsARCz

Rudd said he ordered the jersey with Jackie Robinson's No. 42 and his last name on the back but the Royals gve him the rest of the uniform, including stirrups he forgot to pack.
It’s not the first time Rudd has gone on Eisen’s show showing his support for Kansas City* professional sports teams. He wore a pair of Kansas City chiefs related T-shirts on the show last year while promoting the “Ant Man” movie. But this was a few steps further than a simple T-shirt.

Whether you’re a Royals fan or not, there is something pretty cool about a celebrity such as Rudd not only supporting his teams in a public way but taking it to a whole new level.
