Thread: how to increase jump in basketball?

i want to increase my jump height for doing dunk and rebounding the ball before others, actually higher jump, long stay in air is very much important in basketball, plz suggest me some points........!!!!!!!!!!!

There is very little you can do to increase your jump, just get in good shape and keep what you already have. Position is often more important than your jump.
