Football regimen needs a little boost...?
For football our schedule is like this...
Mon,Wed,Fri: Weight Lifting(personal is 135 bench, 105 clean, and im not sure for squat)
Tues,Thur: Agility Drills/polymeric drills/conditioning
Training camp starts on the 11th(3 a days)
I also have basketball 3 times a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Is there anything that can make me push myself a little more than I'm being pushed now?
p.s. I eat pretty good to so dont recommend nutrition tips
