What type of video files does a sony ericsson K800i support?

I have been trying to download files from my pc to the mobile but it wont play them I have tried converting them to MP3 MP4 MPEG, AAC, 3GP, 3G2 with a free file convertor from the internet and I can see the file on the mobile but it wont allow me to play the video.
