Sony Ericsson W595 - Emergency Calls Only?

I bought a Sony Ericsson W595 about a year ago and paid to have it unlock in a small corner shop.
Since yesterday my phone will only let me use Emergency Calls Only, i have put my sim in other people's phones and it works, they have tried their sims in my phone and it doesn't.
Sometimes I get a good signal strength but it still wont allow me to use the phone.
The phone was originally T-Mobile, I had it unlocked to 02.

Do you think the phone has been blocked or just that it has stopped being unlocked?
If so can I unlock it for free?

I think your Sony Ericsson W595 not properly unlocked or again it is locked to your current network . So, i would suggest you to use
Sony Ericsson Unlocking Service to unlock your Sony Ericsson . you can get it from any of the online providers like Theunlockspot.com to unlock it .
