Sony Ericsson W580i USB help!?

Okay, today I bought a Sony Ericsson W850i and i'm trying to put music on it. I plugged it in and installed it, but when I click the Removable Disk part it says "Please insert disk" or something like that. I don't have a memory stick and the website isn't helping at all. Someone help me!
