Sony Ericsson phone won't send texts?

I can not send SMS (text messages) since I attempted to send one from a area with limited service (ie super roaming) Now all messages I attempt to send stay in the outbox and are "Queued" but nothing I can do can get them to send, nor will they delete from my phone, all I can do is move them from outbox to drafts, then move them again to saved messages. but they still don't send and don't delete. also the SMS icon with the green arrow is constantly lit in the top left corner and won't go away. I have tried reseting the phone and of course I have turned it off and on

I think virus may be attacked in your cell phone.

This is a known device issue, first delete any you can and then do a soft reset (take the battary out with the phone on and leave it out for 30seconds) Don't worry this will not delete any contacts or personal info on your phone, after 30 secs pass turn your phone back on and then the rest should delete. if not then I recomend cal your provider for a warranty exchange due to it is a logged issue.
