should i get the sony ericsson w350 or the Sam sung A737!! Please Help!?

Im going crazy! i dont know what to get. I've heard that the sony ericsson is weak and the the buttons break easily so Im having doubts about it, but i heard that the samsung a737 doesnt come with a memory card or head phone like the sony one! which one should i get???
