problem with my Sony Ericsson p990i I can't connect with my WIFI ?!?!?!?!

Any answers?????? I have a problem: I have defined WLAN account (open authentication since other terminals connected to the same access point at home are defined that way).Doing scan I get to see the WLAN network with top reception (3 bars) and a Star mark. But when I do Connect I get an answer "Unable to connect". I have defined accounts in all possible ways - but the same result. Appreciate any help - with some deatiled instructions how to solve it. Thanks.
