i have tried to download everthing on the cd that came with my phone. but the disk2phone software just says please connect phone or memory card.
..my phone is connected by the usb and recognises it is connected, computer beeps aswell but then says error in driver device installation.
what can i do!?
and my laptop doesnt have bluetooth.
how do i transfer files?

On my sony ericcson, a menu comes up on the phone, you need to pick one (cant remember which) to enable the phone to connect. Hope that helped.

If not try a different usb?
