Network question for the Sony Ericsson W960i?

I am in the market for a new phone, I have been researching and researching. I Have the w810i now and I love it, and from all other brands researched the w960i is my best choice for a new phone. My question is. Is this phone compatible with AT&T/Cingular and if so, can I just switch out the sim cards from the w810i to the w960i?
