I just got a Sony Ericsson w580i and I want to download my music files from itunes.

What is Disc2Phone? I am trying to figure out how to make a play list on my phone. I have a bunch of stuff in itunes and want it on my cell. What is the Disc2Phone software and how the heck do I find it.... talk about a needle in a haystack or am I just a complete dork????
