i completed a master reset on the sonyericsson phone but it didn't take the message
away..? I had asked how to get a message from sonyericsson com off my phone that has been there since May. I've tried everything. including calling them.
Is this a text message or a voice message? You can always delete both of them. If it is text then there is a menu you can go to within "messages" to delete from your folders. If it is voicemail then you have to call into your voicemail and choose the correct option to delete it.
