How do I download games into my Sony Ericsson with a tmobile account?

I have an account with T-Mobile and I just bought a Sony Ericsson phone. How do I download games and ringtones onto it? I can't do it through the T-Mobile site and I don't know where to go on the phone to download them directly onto it.
