Help me Walkman slider!?

Ok, so I'm supposed to get a walkman slider but I have a couple of questions. I have at&t and so I have a SIM card, is it unlocked or do I have to buy it? Also, on the yahoo shopping it says that its only $50.00. Is that just the price of the phone and shipping and is there a 2 year agreement? Please answer ASAP! Thanks and heres the site for it!
