Can you change the Case Cover of a Sony Ericsson W200?

You know how theres the layer of the cellphone that protects the inside mechanics of the cellphone? That layer has all the designs and stuff and Im not talking about a protection case that you can buy seperately. I just wanna know if you can take that layer out and buy a new one to replace it XP
