Why do I get "The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0150002)...?

Why do I get "The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0150002)...?
I have Sony Vegas 8.0 pro. I have been using this program for a year now, but then one day gave me an error about 0xc0150002. I don't know how to get it working again!! Can anyone help me? :\ Do I have to reinstall it and it will go away? Or will it never go away?

After much looking around with the same problem this is what i did and it worked. First unistall sony vegas then install microsoft program then restart then install sony programs again - you will prob need to re enter your license key but all back to normal!
