and you have to hit ctrl + alt + delete, what the heck is the point in sending the error report? How does that help? Because it doesn't seem to me that it makes any difference.

I would agree with your opinion.

To disable it, right-click on My Computer; select Advanced. Click on Error Reporting button, and then select Disable Error Reporting, and also, select Notifiy me for Critical Errors.

I think Microsoft can pay to have their own tech support, without taking up my time.
